Shipping & Returns

After you place your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll send you another email  that includes a tracking number, so you can keep track of just how soon your Hydronius order will arrive.


US Shipments:

All Hydronius units are hand assembled, with that in mind please allow 3-5 days after placing your order to receive your tracking # and then the time allowed to receive it after tracking is provided to you is as follows:

Standard Shipping - Receive at your door 4-6 days after receiving tracking #.

Express Shipping Receive at your door 2-3 days after receiving tracking #.


International Shipments:

 Standard Shipping - Receive at your door 13-22 days after receiving tracking #.


Damaged Package? We’ve got you.

Your Hydronius purchase is fully protected from damage — and a replacement are shipped immediately, at no cost to you, simply email us a few clear photos of the damage and your order # and we will have a replacement out and on its way.



Warranty Period - 30 days.
throughout the warranty period, Hydronius warrants its products against defects on account of the manufacturer's faulty material or workmanship.

This warranty is valid only for:

  • The original consumer.
  • When the product is purchased through authorized online channels or retailers.
  • With the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.

This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from:

  • Failures caused by misuse, accidents, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Operating with the wrong type of current or voltage.
  • Failure to follow cleaning instructions. 
  • Failure to comply with any instructions or warnings listed in the product manual carries with it the product.
  • The product is made out of  glass and the warranty does not cover breakage of these parts due to miss use.

Should you be unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please inform us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, not used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To send a return simply email us at with your order # and we will confim the send it back.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by Hydronius and a return label is provided.
